6921 Phones downloading load information in every restart

Hello guys,

I'm using CUCM 8.5.1.10000-26 and various 6921 phones did download all information from CUCM every time he is restart.

If I power off and power on the phone, he get the all download information from CUCM. But this comportament in sometimes don't occurs.

It's a problem or a normal behaviour?

Someone could please help me?

Hi Jean,

Let me try to understand. Let's say you change the Directory Number of one phone, after restart the phone doesn't get the new configuration? If this is the case it look like a DB replication issue between PUB and SUB.
