Hi ,
I am having around 200 no. of cisco 6945 ip phone but I am not able to access my corporate directory from this series of phones. but I can access this from 6921,7940,7941,7942, 7945. When I am look for corporte directory in 6945 phone it searches only 320 contacts but I am able to look only 32 contacts that time my next key on phone is not working. In addition , the search result for any name is same for all time. I already check with phone template , soft key template all are configured properly so please tell me any work around.
When I look on cisco for this , I found a bug with ID CSCTZ90049. but no work around available.

Hi Amit,
There is a parameter " User Search Limit " in Call Manager for seeting the limit on number of users to be displayed which is 64 by default and is configurable under Enterprise Parameters ---user search parameters.
Can u let us know how many records are displayed when u do search on 79XX IP phones and 6945 IP phone considering u are searching for first name called XYZ ?

Hi Amit,
you are hitting bug for this current firmware, what it the firmware you have for 6945. the bug is fixed on firmware 9.3(1)
you need to upgrade to firmware version 9.3(1)

I see this problem for 6945 with fw ver 9.3
ver 9.2 solved the issue
