6945 has only default ringtones

Hi all,

i have some 6945 and 6941 IP Phones which getting no Ringtones from TFTP. You can only choose the default ringtones Chirp1 and Chirp2.

Firmware is 9-4-1-3SR2 .

CUCM Version: 11.5

The Phone is getting the Ringlist  from CUCM (Wireshark trace) but in Logs i got this error:

ERROR: Authenticating configuration file /RAM/Ringlist.xml.sgn

Has someone any idea what is going wrong?
