7821 phones

We have some 7821 phones and since last week you were able to change the following but since we did a firmware upgrade last week this has occurred.  

On the cisco's phone (7821) if you chose the following, on the handset scroll to user preferences, ringtones, extension choose no ringtone this stops the ringing in the headset.  But this has stopped working from Monday. Every morning they have to set this as it looses this after being provisioned overnight7821 IP Phones user settings

What exact issue are you facing could you please share more detail?

Is phone getting unregistered over the night or something else ?

Check phone status and console logs by accessing phone web page.

What I understood, you set no ringtone on your 7821 handset. But this get override some how and every Monday you need to go to preference and disable the ringtone. is that correct?

what was your previous and current versions phone firmware.
