Hi All,
We are facing some registration issues in Cisco 7821 Phone. It took more than 30 Minutes to register in CUCM. Some of the Phones not getting registered with TFTP failed.
CUCM version 9.1.2. We have added the necessary device package in CUCM for 7821.
Phone Active firmware:10-1-1-9

Please try this link
Left hand side you will have latest device pack
Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.1(1.21010) Device Package - Compatible UCM Version: 9.1
Hope It should get fixed even I had the same issue if not that then try the latest.

Hi Ajith,
In our case some of the phones are registered & partial phones are having the problem. CUCM configuration , TFTP Server , Voice VLAN everything is identical as same as working phone.
But in the Phone configuration i couldn't see the UCM IP Address.

Hi,
Did you try physically rebooting the phone and check what happens?

We have resolved this by upgrading CUCM to ES version for the specific bugfix.

Hi Everyone, I have the same issue, is a new clean installation with the upgrade of the dev. pack I can add all the phones but stills in register, with others phones is working fine 7965 phones and CIPC, any answer with thiss issue.
