7841 cannot be registered with CUCM via MRA

Hi All,

We are using ExpresswayC/E cluster in version x8.10. Now i have a 7841 with firmware 10-3-1 (also tried 11-5-1) cannot be registered via MRA. I am using my home network and assigning a private IP to test this, Internet is working by using the same port and the same IP. I used 8845 by assigning a public IP in the office last week and it worked. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Thanks.

Collect the Logs from Expressway-C and E and Upload to Collaboration SOlution Analyzer to analyze the same.

How to collect Exp-C/E Logs

Thanks,

From SRV checker, it showed that i need to create SSL certificate with either the top level domain or the subdomain  in the SAN field and upload it to the Expressway-E, no other issue is found in the log. Is SSL certificate mandatory for 7841 registration via MRA? And any license is required?

Hi, your phones need to be in 11.0(1) firmware. That is the 1st officially
supported release.

If you upgrade and not working, go to expressway and generate the network
logs

I am using double NAT in my home network, does it affect 7841 registration via MRA? The firmware of the phone is in 11.0(1) now.

Hi Yangjp715

I have this issue too - did you resolve it?
