Have a 7841 where 3 of the 4 lines configured will not ring. The line that does ring is a shared line. No changes have occurred. Rebooted phone and no change. Changed the Ring Setting to "Ring" and that didn't work. Phone is running sip78xx.11-0-1-11
Anything else I should look at before I either try rebuilding the phone or replacing?

Hi Troy,
If rings settings are okay then i do not see any reason of it not working unless you are issue with DN.
You can try assiging same non working DN to other phone and see if that works ?

I have tried that and found it rang so eliminated issue with DN. Pressing ringer volume produces no ring either. I 'm starting to think that she is not actually hearing the shared line ring on her phone but others and that I have a bad phone.

yes , if that is the case then just replace and test.
