Hi all,
Any advice that how I can add prefix ( such as 9) to Received/Missed Calls directories on phones?
So people could just call back by searching the received/missed calls directories and then click dial.
Looks there are two options ... one is to make changes on CUCM , the other is on voice gateway. I would like to know about more details.
Your information is appreciated.

Apart from great suggestions below by my friends, which applies to incoming direction on gateway.
Another way is in outbound direction where you can match a translation pattern as soon as someone presses the missed the call number and then add prefix 9 before sending it out to the route pattern.
