Hello all
We have some 7841 phones registered with CME. but missed calls, recent calls are not showing. when I press settings button and selected recent menu, nothing happens.
phone firmware is 78xx.11-0-1-11.
voice router firmware is SPA.156-2.T.bin. i think all is latest firmware.
other registered phones like 8841, 7975 are working ok.
really don't know what is happening.

There is a known defect CSCuy11475 with 78XX Phones running firmware 11-0-1-11. You can either downgrade to firmware version 10-3-1-12 as suggested in the workaround or contact Cisco TAC to obtain firmware 11-0-1ES-10 which has this defect fixed.

downloaded the latest 11-5-1-18 firmware and fixed it. but another problem is there is no missed call notification on display. searched a bit about it and maybe it is another bug. you are buggy cisco phone, aren't you? hehe.
