7841 SIP phones - need Y Splitter Adapter or other method

For training purposes we need new employees to listen in on call center calls (UCCX 10.5 - CAD).  I am told the 27019-03 headset does support SIP phones.  Is there an adapter that does?  Is there a feature I can configure.  I looked at the barge feature but that requires the line to be shared with UCCX does not support.

these phones have a headphone port on the back, as you suggest a y splitter is the simplest option for listening in.
