7841 Softkey issue

Hi Experts ..

I'm having issue with 7841 SIP phone, I have chanaged the softkey template but there is a "details" button which I cannot manage. It is the always 2nd button I cant change that. In CCM softkey template I cant see details button also. 

have anyone face with this issue ?

I have updated the firmware to latest as well. But issue is still there ..

This is with 78xx firmware and you can't change it with config.
