Caller ID from SIP Trunks to mysql

kindly i just want to wonder if it possible to read the caller number from Invite MSG and inject it from specific mysqli-DB.

Not directly in CUCM and I don’t understand what you mean by “inject it”. The only options to monitor or control a call real-time are a CTI application or the CURRI API.
