Greetings Members,
I am configuring a 24 line add-on to a Cisco 7962G phone but it is still shows amber with the Cisco logo!!
Any ideas how i can go past this?

Please make sure to :
1- download the SBN file through the Cisco website.
2- upload it to the cme flash through tftp
3- configure the cme based on the following :
tftp-server flash:/B016-1-0-4-2.SBN
!
telephony-service
load 7916-24 flash:/B016-1-0-4-2.SBN
!
ephone 1
type 7962 addon 1 7916-24

What is the exact version of callmanager you are using.
Have you configured the module on the phone AND the device profile.
Have you cabled it to the phone correctly?

Its version 10 CME on a 2911
I have configured the module on the phone and cabled it correctly.
For the device profile, am not sure about that. any sample script of how the device profile is setup would be of much help.
