7920 wireless phone text displaying backwards, please help!

Phone: Wireless 7920 Cisco Phone

So we believe this is a prank someone is playing as this happens a lot and we have to keep resetting the phone to factory default.

The issue is the phone's menu text displays backwards, as in hold it in front of a mirror and you can read the text.

I dont believe this is an option Cisco included in the phone menu for obvious reasons but was curious to see if anyone has come accross this irritating issue before.

Try updating phone firmware.

If still trouble, RMA the phone.

I Was thinking of that but wanted to make sure that no one came across a hack or something that can make this issue occur
