Hi All,
We have deployed 17, cp7925g phones, a ubiquiti access point and a UC560.
These phones get completely locked out and they don’t respond to any buttons. This issue happens almost once every day and we need to pull out the battery and do a hard reset for the phones to work.
We have upgraded all the phones to the latest firmware 1.4.4.3 and the issue still persists.
Please advise us on this.

Can somebody help us with this as we dont have a smartnet support we are unable to raise a TAC request.
