We just received our first 7936 IP conference phone and are having an issue dialing into AT&T Teleconference Service. After dialing the 1-866-606-4704 dial-in number, it's like the 7936 stops responding (generating / accepting any additional DTMF tones). I can dial the LD number for the same service and it works fine. I can also dial AT&T's 866 number from 7960s, 7961s and analog Polycom's connected via ATAs with no problems. I'm stuck....

What Software Version are you running on the 7936 ?

We've had a ton of problems with the 7936 phones (poor audio quality, mics cut out, etc.) We're abandoning the 7936's and going to 7937's. The 7937 appears to be a much better quality phone, in my opinion.

3.3.0.16 is the latest on the Cisco Website
We have around 160 7936's on our CCM 4.1.3 and no known issues.
