7937G Mic Kit not working

Hi CSC,

Do anyone have any idea's on why a 7937G Mic Kit would not work with a 7937G Phone running on Cisco CME 8.8 ?

We are using the 1.3.4 firmware for the 7937g, power consumption on the switch is fine.  I cannot see any reason other then being defective.

Any help would be appreciated before I RMA this product.
