Hello,
I have a batch of 7940 and 7960 phones running SIP firmware 8.12. They are subscribed to the Extension Mobility service, which works fine for our 7941s and 7961s.
When I try to log in, I choose the Extension Mobility service on the phone and get "Login is Unavailable (22)" in response.
It seems that I need to tick the 'Extension Mobility' tickbox on the phone configuration page, however that section is missing! It is there for the 7941s and 7961s but not for the 7940s or 7960s.
We are running CUCM 10.5
Any help would be appreciated.

7940/60 in SIP do not support extension mobility as these phones are no longer supported but you can use extension mobility when using "SCCP". Also, while adding a device profile for 7960/40 you would not get an option to add a SIP device profile, it will create a SCCP one whereas when adding device profile for 7961 you will get the option to choose between SIP and SCCP
