7940G digital buttons problem

Hello.

I have a problem with 7940G phone. I cannot press digital buttons when the handset is not raised. I can press when a handset is raised. Setting button works.

I did a factory reset.

I connected this phone our production network and lab network.

Try connecting this phone to a switchport where any other phone is working fine. If the issue persists then post the phone console logs to start with.

 Are you need boot logs while phone is booting or?
