7941 can't change user locale

Our CUCM version is 10.5

the language path is already intalled on CUCM

now every 7941 has been in the right user locale,

but only one 7941 the user locale is english,i check the phone config on CUCM and reset it many times,but the user locale still is english

who can help me .....

If only one 7941 is facing this issue then you may try the following:

>> Delete and readd the phone on cucm

>> Swap it with a known working 7941

>> Factory reset the phone if nothing works

i try all the three way ,the problem still exist...

What happened when you swapped it with a working 7941? Please provide details of the same.

phone 1 is the working phone

phone 2 is problematic

I change the MAC address from phone 1 to phone 2

then phone 2 register to the CUCM with English.... the user locale still wrong

Swap the phones physically, move the problematic phone to a switchport where the good phone is connected and the good phone to where problematic phone is connected and see if the issue follows the phone or the switchport. It will confirm if the issue is with the phone or something on network/cucm.
