i have a few users that already did the fast dial setup.
Could you guys please let me know how do the users need to do in order to just dial the fast dial id and get the call routed properly

To login into User Option Page you need to open the following URL in your broweser:
Please substitue the "publisher" in the above url to the hostname or ip address of your Publisher CM (basically should be same one you use to login into CM admin page).

I configured the fast dials, however it doesn't seem to work as a fast dial, in order to place a call. I need to go to Directory>personal Directory>log in> fast dials> select the fast dial, press dial and confirm and it will dial the number for for me.
Isn't that supposed to dial as soon as you dial the index on your phone?
or how does fast dial really works, what else do i need to configure on CCM, I just want to dial the index on the phone and I would like to get the call routed almost inmediately without the need to login first, how does that work
