7960 cannot power up using inline power !

Hi

I have a 7960 which I am trying to plugin to a Catalyst 500 but it is not getting the inline power. The phone works fine with external power. I tried plugging another phone in same port it works fine. Tried plugging the same 7960 in another 3750 switch but cannot power up using inline power.

Can anybody help?

Workaround:Provide alternative power source to IP phone 7960; Try the BUG - CSCsd68325
