7942 firmware update

Dear community,

we bought two new 7942 phones. I have done a reset on the devices. after restarting the telephone it starts with the update screen. after a while the term_42 is loading but some seconds later the telephone start screen is shown with a circle at the bottom left.

The TFTP files (flash) are okay because after updating the firmware all devices are updated to the new firmware.

Do you have a solution for this issue or an idea how to solve? Is it possible to load the firmware manually?

The problem is that every other phone which are older than the new phone has the right version. Maybe I have to format the flash drive and reinstall it but I'm not very trained ....

Sorry for disturbing but I look quite lost

hello,

you need to confirm the existing version on the "new" phones and the version other phones are using (system default). You may need to perform a step upgrade on these phones.
