We have a phone in our centre that we cannot log on to as the previous agent cannot log off. Hitting the services button shows a message "To set up speed dials and other services for your phone please go to ...." Rather than the option for Extension Mobility.
This phone has therefore been unused for a couple of weeks, we have tried rebooting but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks

Hello,
Are you sure that the device profile (extension mobility profile) is subscribed to the extenstion mobility ?
Go to device profile -> search for the device profile , click on it then on the right tabe click on the drop down list and then select subscriber/unsubscribe services , check if the extension mobility service is subscribed , if not subscribe the service then you can logout.

Hi, thanks for that. I am not sure whether it worked as I didn't have access to the device profile, however our Telecoms department managed to log me off remotely somehow and all is well.
Thanks
