We have had several instances where a user will come in their office in the morning and the 7945 phone has a black screen and only the Speaker LED button is lit. If I unplug from POE and plug back in, all lights, including screen come on for a second then the headset, mute and speaker button will flash once individually and finally the speaker light only stays on.
I have tried different switches to plug into, I have tried a power cable only (no POE) with the same results. I have also tried to power phone up with headset off to no avail. I am also unavailable to enter in Factory Reset mode (holding down #) procedure.
All affected phones have been in seperate physical locations with different switch types as well.
Does anyone have a clue on what the issue could be?
