7960 Phone with IPMA Assistant not showing on display Caller ID

Dear all,

we migrated to 10.5 and we are using IPMA service and application.

The service works as expected, but on the assistants phone the detault screen of the 7960 is the "Service"Screen showing the IPMA Service login./logout status. When there is an inbound call the users cannot see the caller ID and they have to press the soft button Exit, and then they see the caller id and they can answer the call.

I updated the firmware of the phone to the latest version, but the problem still exists for some users.

any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

I have the same issue with 7962 and CUCM 9.2.
