7962 with 7915 Expansion - BLF button not lighting

I have a 7962G with 7915 expansion module. I have a phone button template of 5 Lines/1 Intercom/ 12 BLF. None of the BLF buttons will light when the designated dn is on the phone. The button will work as a speed dial just fine.

Suggestions/thoughts??

Check that your subscribe CSS is configured to reach the partitions that the lines  you want to monitor are in.

Thanks Joe, that did correct the problem. After reading the description of Subscriber CSS it makes sense.
