7965 Background image

Hi

I have uploaded a coporate background image on 20x7965 phones. The images successfully displays but after 24 hours a black line appears near the top of the image. After a reboot of the phone the line disappers.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening?

Hi

Sounds much like a bug with the firmware on that model... maybe raise a TAC case or try newer firmware.
