Hi,
We have a Telephony setup with CME Version 7.1.The FM Version running on 7965 IP Phone is "SCCP.45.8-3-2S". I am trying to upgrade to Version 7965-8.5(2).
I downloaded the the FM file from cisco site and copied into the Routers(2951) Flash and configured the with the foloowing details.

tftp-server flash: jar45sccp.8-5-2TH1-9.sbn
tftp-server flash : apps45.8-5-2TH1-9.sbn
tftp-server flash : dsp45.8-5-2TH1-9.sbn
tftp-server flash : SCCP45.8-5-2S.loads
tftp-server flash : term45.default.loads
tftp-server flash : term65.default.loads
config # telephony-service
# load 7965 SCCP45.8-5-2S
# create cnf-files
and after that reset the phone.
While upgrading the FM getting an error message "File Not Found SCCP45.8-5-2S " and it fall back to the old FM.The below one is the details of the Flash in the CME Router.
