7965 stuck after factory reset

Hi

After doing a factory reset to the phone (i have 4 phones Behaves in the same way) the phone doing this staps :

1: shows Upgrade but stuck on it.

2:after 10 sec the phone boot an show upgrate term65.defualt but don't continue with the checkbox.

3:after 4 sec change to upgrade an stuck there .

4: after 1 min start all over  an never comes up .

My network works perfect an i can connect  any phone Including 7965 that i want but this problem that i described hapen whan i do a factory reset .

I check in the cucm if the file  the term65.defalt.load is there an it wes there .

I done a rest to the tftp service -no help.

I check the network i know that the phone get ip add from the dhcp an see the ftfp .

cucm ver 8.6

can some one can give my a new direction to solved this issu ?

Which IP Phone firmware version is present on your cucm?

I can suggest you to download and install on CUCM the latest firmware for 7945 from

http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=281346594&flowid=5267&softwareid=282074289&release=9.3(1)SR2&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

The issu solved .

I downlod from cisco web the zip frimware for the 7965 device .
In the zip there a

cmterm65.defualt . I upload it to the tftp server (reset service) and it fix the cmterm .
