CUCM 7.01
Cisco 7970 phone
The image file is a simple black and white file that I made in MS Paint with the word test on it.
List.xml follows:
<CiscoIPPhoneImageList>
<ImageItem Image=”TFTP:Desktops/320x212x12/tn-test.png”
URL=”TFTP:Desktops/320x212x12/test.png”/>
</CiscoIPPhoneImageList>
test.png is 320x212 pixels
tn-test.png is 80x53 pixels
all 3 files wer uploaded to the TFTP directory as shown in the screen captures List.jpg and Test.jpg (attached)
I restarted the TFTP server and reset the phone.
Pressing Settings->User Preferences->Background Images results in only one thumbnail being shown (the default image) and the message "Selections Unavailable" being displayed.
Any ideas?
Jeff

Missed that, did you copy paste the List.xml from the online pages???
Or copied it by hand???
If the first, sometimes you bring extra characters which you cannot see.

Jaime -
I have created the List.xml file both ways - and several iterations of each.

You sure you're loading it to the TFTP where the phone is pointing to?
