8800 Series Audio KEM, 28 Button not working on 8861 Phone

Hi Sirs

we recently purchased 8800 Series Audio KEM - 28Button expansion module and tried to use it with Cisco 8861 or 8865 phones. It is not working. we are using CUCM 11.5 version. the phone firmware is sip88xx.14-0-1-0001-135. The phone connected to Cisco POE+ switch and also tired with external POE adaptor. But still not working. When I remove the module and re-insert it, getting the message "Accessory Added: Key expansion module 1 has been detected but it disabled by administrator." In the phone configuration page, I have selected "Cisco 8800 Audio 28 Key Button expansion module"

Please advice how to solve this.  Thanks

I hope you selected the option on the phone. if yes it should get activated. The below configuration is from my lab . AFAIK, A-KEM works with 8861. for 8865 you need a V-KEM.
