I have an 8811 that fails to move beyond the splashscreen. The large center button is lit.
I have reset the phone:
remove power, press #, wait until speaker and headset lights are lit, release #, key in 123456789*0#, verify that the headset light goes off after the 1 is pressed, and the mute light comes on after #.
splash screen comes on and after 5 seconds, the speaker and mute light go out.
CUCM shows no status or IP address for the phone.
I see no indication in packet dumps from the port it is connected to, of communication with the mac address of the phone.
a cable test to the phone shows good cable.
What should I do next?

Connect phone any working port if still having same issue like stuck on upgrading, Cisco logo & blank screen that’s means phone having bootstrap loader issue(firmware of phone which is stored on flash memory of ip phone corrupted), so raise RMA in this case.

If you have valid Smartnet I would suggest to raise RMA.
CUCM shows no status or IP address for the phone:- You can see the status and IP when it register with CUCM.
