I have just received an ISR4431 (IOS 16.6.4) with CUCM12 and some 8811 phones. When I attempt to select the phone type in the telephony service menu the 88xx are not listed. I have got the phone to get an IP from DHCP but it just displays "unprovisioned"
Any help would be appreicated.

Thanks Nithin,
I will give it a go, under type should I put 8811, I know I’ve tried this in the cli of telephony -service and 8811 is not recognised.

Unless you have a UCS module on the router, you're NOT running CUCM, you're running CME, which is a different product that runs on IOS devices. You mention telephony service, which hints to you using CME.
The CME GUI does not support SIP devices, you would need to use the CLI to configure the device.
