I have an issue
i am running communications manager express version 12.0
show ccm-manager
Version 12.0
i am using cisco 8821 phones which are registering correctly. but is not loading the applications, meaning recent/missed calls etc is not available. When i go into apps, everything is empty
configuration is as follows

When i check firmware version i can see that file is loaded correctly.
But when i press "apps" or recent calls button on the phone nothing happens. Apps is completely empty?
