We have a Cisco 8831 conference phone which is running Sip8831.9-3-3-5 firmware and we want to use it on a 3rd party PBX, so need the 3PCC firmware on it.
Firstly, is there any way I can tell if the firmware version above is an Enterprise image?
Secondly, if it is Enterprise is it possible to convert this to the 3PCC (cp-8831-sip.9-3-4-SR2-3PCC) version?
I have seen a note in the below document that has a note saying: After you upgrade to the enterprise firmware, you cannot revert to the third-party call control firmware.
I presume I know the answer to this, but just want confirmation that the 8831 is indeed running the Enterprise version of software already.
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks Manish. My own research told me as much, but I guess I thought it worthwhile posting in case there was a workaround I hadn't stumbled across.

Absolutely, no harm in confirming something if you are in doubt.
