8831 Wireless Menu option gone

I have some 8831 with Wireless mics that we upgraded the firmware to sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5. The wireless mics are unpaired.  When you go the IP phone information there is no longer an option for the wireless mics.  We have done a factory reset, a soft reset(using apps) and hard reset on the device and we completed wiped the phone out and rebuilt the device and Still, the wireless option in the menu is missing. Any ideas?

I was told that wireless microphones are disabled in the sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5 firmware and

are re-enabled once the 8831 is upgraded to the region-specific version of the firmware. For

example, if you upgrade to cmterm-8831-sip.10-3-1SR3-5-NA for North America, this should

resolve your problem.  The reasoning for this was that different countries have different regulations

about what wireless frequencies are allowed to be emitted by devices.

Please take a note of the things that i have highlighted in bold, these need to be taken care of:
