I have 3x Cisco 8831 conference phones which have worked on our CME for around 2 years now. But last week I noticed all 3 are showing "phone not registered".
Checking debugs I see:

To me it looks like the SIP Contact header is what is causing the issue?
If anymore debugs/information is needed I can collect these tomorrow morning.

What hardware platform?
What version of CME / IOS?
What version of phone firmware?
Can you post a sanitized show run (specifically, the voice service voip and global register sections)?
