8841 With CME

I try add the 8841 SIP phone to the CME with fast-track mode. But the phone still prompted "unprovisioned"

Anything i am missing? Since i can't found any reference about the 8841 fast-track configuration. There is the CME configuration.

It still seems like I'm missing some files, and I'm not sure how to generate the CTL and ITL files in CME.

Also 400 error is for Refer request, however we were unable see an register message from phone. From last tftp debug it seems phone do not like something in configuration file, hence downloads it again and again. It would be with to open config file n have a look. You can open it with "more flash0:/config-file name", paste output here. Also you may want to remove locale command for UK from voice register global, as tftp do not have this file.
