Howdy,
We have our first headset in our district and it's tied to a 8851. However, I can't adjust the sidetone volume. It's on low and it's grayed out. With this being our first headset, we don't have the headset service setup or anything like that. I feel like I'm missing something somewhere that is probably obvious. I have an 8841 in my office and I can freely adjust this setting.
We are running CUCM 12.5.1
