How to use Webex Room Bar in CUCM 11.5 version?
Hello, heroes of cisco

I have a question.

my customer company is using CUCM version 11.5

The customer wants to use the Cisco Room Bar without upgrading the version of CUCM.

I know that the Room Bar template is not visible when you press the Device->Add button.


If I add the room bar, will it be registered if I make the template third-party? 

OR

Is there any other way?? Help me, Cisco heroes

If you cannot select the device type, than it's not supported. Easy as that. Maybe you should check device compatibility before you buy something.

You can try to register it as a third-party device, but then probably not all feature work correctly. But don't ask which one, because you won't get any complete answers.
