All,
I just recently upgraded to sip88xx.12-5-1SR3-74 firmware and I'm seeing some inconsistencies in the way the navigation button works. On some phones, I notice that if I press up on the navigation button it will pull up the call history and press down will pull up the speed dial list.
But on other phones, press up will pull up nothing and press down will pull up the call history.
Does anyone have any input on this? Is there a way to standardize this?

No, those are not configurable, but depend on the FW version, if you are indeed seeing different behavior for same model with the same FW, you want to open a TAC case to have this looked at.

Are all the devices you tested using the exact same FW version?

@Jaime Valencia Yes, I noticed it after doing the firmware update
It's inconsistent though - I'm trying to find a pattern (device pool, common phone profile, etc..) and they're all different types.
Is there a way to hard code those functions.?
