8865 video call not connect

Hi community,

I have a problem with IP Phones 8865 that not connect video calls among them. They are in the same building(HQ) and it has the same configuration except the extension obviously. When I call another IP Phone 8865 in branch building(this building belong to HQ therefore it has the same configuration), the video call connect successfully but if we try the video call from HQ between two IP Phones, the call doesn't work.

Check the Call Admission Control-related config: does the Region and Location configuration provide video bandwidth for the non-working call? How does it compare to the phones/Device Pools involved in the working example?
