Hi All,

I have a problem with a 8961 IP Phone, on a Communcations Manager 8.6.2:

Even though the softbutton template is set to 1 Line + 9 Speed dials, i can only see the first 4 Speed dials.

How do you configure the button template to be able to see all 9 speed dials ?

The Buttons on the right can not be used for speeddials. These buttons are to control the active calls and things like this.

Hi Albert,

I agree with Bernhard, buttons on the left are Programmable buttons used for Speed Dials while buttons on the right are Session buttons which correspond to Active call.

Please go through the table for maximum Speed Dials configuration as per phone model.
