Hello,
i can't control 8961 phone (SIP) with jabber.
I can control IP Communicator and Cisco 6945, so i think the configuration is fine.
I also tried adding:
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf (89xx/99xx-phones)
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode (69xx-phones)
as i saw in many posts regardind this problem but it still not work.
Thank for any help

Just to make sure you associated the phone to the user?

Yes,
i changed the port of ldap authentication to 3268 (global catalog) accorrding to the post
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12208326/cisco-jabber-cti-control-deskphone-ldap-user-not-work-local-user-work
This happens via CTI. The Jabber device authenticates to cti manager with the login provided by the user. (Users have to have CTI role assigned.)
When LDAP authentication is enabled to cti manager asks the ldap server to check the credential
it works.
