Has anyone else noticed problems upgrading 7941 & 7961 handsets to the latest 9.2 firmware ? We're
seeing problems where phones report "Unprovisioned" after upgrading. Yet, a firmware reset (12345...) fixes the issue.

What was the firmware of the phone prior to upgrade?
After resetting the phone does the "unprovisioned" still show up on the phone?
-Also if you were on a release version earlier than 8.3(3) then you must first upgrade your firmware to an intermediate version (8.3(3) - 8.5(2)) then upgrade to 9.2(1).
-You can also trying adding the phone manually to the callmanager and then restart the tftp.

The phones were all on 9.1 firmware beforehand, and were configured and working fine before they upgraded to 9.2

Did you ever find a solution to this? I upgraded to firmware 9.2 from 9.1 on UCM 7.1(3) and I'm getting busy signals throughout the enterprise....FML!
