Hey guys,
We have our international dialing routes set as 9.011! and 9.011!#. No discarded digits are set and calling type/plan is Cisco CallManager.
So, for some reason when we make 9-digit international calls ie 901163XXXXXXXXX we have no issues. But if we dial a 10-digit international number the calls dont go through.
The provider says that the 10-digit calls are getting marked as international so their systems add 011 to the dialstring, but we are forwarding our calls with 011 already. So, inevitably, the calls will end up being 011011-81XXXXXXXXXX and have no where to route.
Any ideas what I could do to resolve this?

Have you tried setting the type/plan to Unknown - i have recently had issues with having it set to Cisco Call Manager and switching this has resolved it for me with several customers.
Regards,
Richard

Can you post a debug isdnq931 of the falling calls from the gateway so we can see what its attempting to go out with.
Is this a H323 gateway?
Can you post your dial-peers, voice translation-rules\profiles and where these are applied.
Thanks,
