90 and 9011T Dial peer overlay

IOS 15.1(4)M5

I have a H323/SIP voice gateway at remote site communicating with SME 8.6. The gateway is integrated with PBX which are very old so i have done integration with FXS [inbound from PBX] and FXO [calls to PBX]

I have the following dial peers for outbound calls pointed to the SME 8.6 CUCM.

91[2-9].........$ - Long distance

9011T - International long distance

90$ - Operator

From PBX if the user dials the international pattern 9011! towards the cisco router, the operator destination pattern is matched immediately and sent to call manager. When i disable the operator destination pattern the international calls work.

Note: PBX is very old and cant send digits to router as enbloc through FXS. Anything to do with FXS port interdigit timeout or other timing

I tried incoming called number 90 in the outbound dial peer to cucm still no good, i dont want to do a generic 9T as single outbound dial peer to CUCM. Any help in this regard will be helpful

Have you tried changing operator destination pattern to 90 instead of 90$?
Also make sure the intl dial peer is above the operator.

I tried 9. also 90 still no good, the operator pattern only takes precedence over 9011T.
