9900 phone wallpaper list takes long time

I've got a few 99xx phones, running firmware 9.2. My CUCM is 8.6

When I go to Preferences->Wallpaper, the list of images on the CUCM Server takes a *very* long time to load (over 5 minutes) The numbnails in the selection grid each take about 30 seconds to come up.

79xx Series phones have no problems with wallpapaer lists from the server.

Any suggestions ?

Could it be that the image files are much larger for the 99xx phone?  If you try from a computer and TFTP download the image file or files for the 99xx vs the 79xx, does the 99xx take longer due to file size possibly?

No. When doing a Wireshark, you can see the phones ask for one file, wait a long time, ask for the next, wait, etc.

The files come quickly (There are only KBs in size)

With a clear(er) head, I took a fresh look at this.

TCP/ 6970 was blocked to the TFTP servers. This was opened up and everything is now fine and dandy.
