Hi there,
i have some problem with 9951 ip phone, i plug poe and when started, after cisco logo, the phone screenis stack in black
y dont know what happend, what is the key sequence for factory reset on ip phones 9951, is the same that all other ip phone models?
press #, then plug cable, when the light blinks enter 123456789*0# ?? or is different?
any ideas for help please ?

As I remember, the key sequence to Factory Reset works even with 9951. Try it.

Hi
The factory reset sequence is the same, it just doesn't look like it's doing anything. It's not very well documented either, so it's not clear if it just clears settings and loads up the 'bank b' firmware or whether it actually pulls from TFTP immmediately as the 79xx/69xx phones do.
